Plascore - Semi Conductor Cleanroom - Chip Manufacturing Cleanrooms

Plascore manufactures five different types of non-progressive and demountable cleanroom walls for the cleanroom industry. Our 3:1 Wall System incorporates interchangeable components to construct four versions of cleanroom walls:

Studless, SL2550
Framed, flush two-sided, F2550 & F5075
Framed, flush one-sided, F2550, F5075 & F5050
Strut, flush one-sided, S5050

In addition Plascore offers a Liner Wall System which can be utilized to cover an existing wall, or used as a wall system where an alternate framing system is present.

Plascore also offers a complete line of cleanroom doors in both wide and narrow styles utilizing hardware to fit most semi conductor or chip manufacturing applications. In addition Plascore manufactures composite ceiling blank panels in either walkable or non-walkable versions with thinness varying from 1/8" up to 8".

Advantages to using the Plascore Semiconductor Cleanroom Wall Systems:

Non-progressive and demountable.
Components can be used to create four distinctly different chip manufacturing walls to suit the cleanroom installation requirements without the need for additional components.
Identical headtracks, floortracks, corners, doors, door frames, posts and battens can be interchanged to create a single sided, framed or studless cleanroom wall.
No miter cuts or notching is required for any joints, except for door frames and bulkheading.
The battens are assembled to the studs prior to cutting. Post and battens are cut simultaneously to the same length, ensuring precise joints.
The unique design of the framing members and mounting blocks allow easy removal and relocation of any semi conductor cleanroom framing member.
