Aviation and Aerospace
Plascore Aluminum, Nomex and Kevlar Honeycomb Cores are a preferred material by many leading aircraft and aerospace manufacturers. Cargo and passenger floor panels, bulkheads, over-head bins and galley carts all utilize flat sheet honeycomb products in standard or over-expanded cell configurations. Rotor blades, wing sections and other surfaces are machined to exact tolerances with high performance honeycombs. Breathable metallic honeycomb core is utilized in satellite solar arrays and structures. Plascore's clean manufacturing environment enables it to supply ready to use pre-machined or die-punched cores for these applications. Rail

Automotive
