Description: Plascore SM3000 is a lightweight sandwich-structured composite for false deck panels on Navy surface combatant vessels. SM3000 is compliant with MIL-PRF-32664 as a Class 1 panel suitable for both electric (Group 1) and general purpose (Group 2) spaces. SM3000 is available as an unfinished panel (Form 1) or as a tile for use with Flexible Infrastructure (Form 2 in Data Sheet).
Applications:
 PCGA-XR2 3000 Series honeycomb is available in four forms: unexpanded blocks, unexpanded slices, untrimmed expanded sheets and cut to size expanded sheets. It is also available with or without cell perforations to facilitate cell venting for certain applications.
