Aluminum honeycomb is a lightweight core material offering excellent strength and corrosion resistance for industrial, architectural and transportation applications. Can be perforated.
Plascore aramid fiber honeycomb is manufactured from DuPont Nomex® or Kevlar® paper (or equivalent) and can be coated with a heat resistant phenolic resin for high performance racing and aerospace applications.
Stainless steel honeycomb core is used for joiner panels, bulkheads, train doors and floors or any areas where honeycomb is subjected to hostile environments. Variety of cell and sheet sizes available.
