1. What measures is Plascore taking towards health & safety?

At the beginning of March Plascore added additional hand sanitizing stations throughout all facilities. We provided Clorox wipes at all community touch services on the manufacturing floor, we have staggered shift end times, staggered breaks and removed seating from the cafeterias.

All employees are required to complete a health questionnaire prior to the start of their shift, are encouraged to stay home if they are sick and temperatures are monitored at entry into the buildings.
We have hired a “Clean Team” on all shifts in all buildings who work daily to sanitize all community touch services, ie:, doorknobs, tables, water fountains, etc. Each weekend we have an outside service that cleans all community areas with an electro-static cleaning system.

We have implemented mandatory masks when social distancing is not possible, created an agile workforce for those positions that can work remotely.

We continue to monitor the CDC and Ottawa County Health Department for updates.

1. Are you a critical manufacturer?

Yes, we have multiple customers who support our need to be open. We have implemented multiple sanitizing and cleaning processes to support our employees health and welfare. Please refer to our Preparedness Plan for additional information.
