Company Receives Accreditation for Environmental Management System

ZEELAND – Plascore, Inc., a global manufacturer of honeycomb core products and solutions, announced today the company has been certified to ISO 14001:2004, an Environmental Management System (EMS) standard. Plascore’s EMS sets environmental objectives, procedures and goals in the design and manufacturing of the company’s honeycomb cores, panels and wall systems.

“Building on our ISO and AS/EN/JISQ credentials, our EMS certification demonstrates our commitment to environmental stewardship,” said Fritz Huebner, President, Plascore, Inc. “This accreditation indicates to our customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies and employees our commitment to continuously improve our products and processes to meet high international standards for quality and accountability.”

Plascore is also certified to ISO 9001:2008 and AS/EN/JISQ 9100 standards, with worldwide conformance to the US-standard AS9100, the European standard EN9100, and the Japanese standard JISQ9100.
